Thank you for shopping with BEAVERCOMPUTER. Below you will find important information regarding our shipping process, delivery timelines, and policies.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Custom-built PCs and special-order components may require 3–7 business days for assembly and testing before shipment.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high-demand periods.


3. Shipping Carriers

We ship via trusted carriers such as:

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • DHL

  • USPS

Carrier selection depends on destination, package size, and shipping speed selected at checkout.


4. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping (domestic only).
Free shipping does not apply to oversized items such as full desktop systems, monitors, or bulk orders unless otherwise stated.


5. International Shipping

  • We ship internationally to select countries.

  • International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by their country.

  • Delivery times vary by location and customs processing.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.


7. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes (for large or high-value items)

  • APO/FPO addresses (unless specified)

  • Countries restricted by export regulations

Certain high-performance components (e.g., GPUs, processors) may require signature confirmation upon delivery.


8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos immediately.

  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  3. Keep all original packaging materials.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can initiate a carrier investigation.


9. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
We are not responsible for delays or additional fees due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
